Acknowledging Event Tickets
For an introduction to Event Tickets and acknowledgments, see Working with Event Tickets.
To acknowledge an Event Ticket assigned to an Event in the Event-Database Viewer:
1. | In the side bar, select Events > |
2. | To display Events in the main pane, select an Events option or Search in the side bar. |
3. | In the main pane, select the Event. |

If the Acknowledge column for an Event contains If the Event Ticket icon |

4. | In the button bar, click![]() |
To acknowledge that you are aware of the Event Ticket, select Ticket Created.
To indicate that the ticket reflects an Event of no significance, select False Positive.
To indicate an Event that occurred previously, select Repeat Event.
