Exporting and Importing Classification Tags
In the , you can export all Tags and Tag Sets created by your TLC users to a zip file. With the Import feature, you can import the Classification Tags and Tag Sets in a zip file.

To update your Configuration Manager with the latest Tripwire-defined Classification Tags, or to review the order in which Tripwire recommends TLC objects be imported, see Updating TLC with the Latest Tripwire Content.
You cannot export Classification Tags and Tag Sets created by Tripwire.

To export all user-defined Classification Tags to a zip file:

In the side bar, select Resources > Configuration Manager. |
|
2.
|
In the side bar of the Configuration Manager, select  Classification > Tag Sets or Classification > Tags. |

3.
|
Click Export. |
|
4.
|
In the Save As dialog, enter a name for the file and click Save. |
To import a zip file containing Classification Tags:

1.
|
From the menu bar in the TLC Console, select Options > Import TLC Content > Content. |
|
2.
|
Select Use a custom file and click Browse. |
|
3.
|
In the Open TLC Content File dialog: |
|

|
From the Files of type drop-down, select TLC Content File. |
|
b.
|
Select the zip file and click Open. |
|
4.
|
In the Select and Import Content field, expand the Classification Tags group and select the Import check box. |

5.
|
Click Import. |
The Import Status field presents the results of the import process.
