Collector: Network Collector - Syslog
To configure a Syslog Daemon to send log messages to TLC:
| 1. | Log into the vSphere client or vCenter. |
| 2. | Select the ESXi server. |
| 3. | In the Configuration tab, select Advanced Settings. |
| 4. | Expand Syslog and select Remote. |
| 5. | In the Syslog.Remote.Hostname field, enter the name of the TLC Collector to which the ESXi server will send log messages. |
| 6. | Re-start the ESXi server. |
